What is your shipping policy?
We ship anywhere in the Continental US! Most orders will ship within 48 hours of order placement. At this time, we are not able to ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.
How big are the balls?
Right now, the K9X Ball comes in trhee sizes, the Regular, about the size of a tennis ball, the XL, which is about the size of a Softball, and the Small which is about the size of a golf ball. We recommend the XL for dogs between 75-150 lbs., the Regular for dogs 20-75 lbs, and the Small for dogs up to 20 lbs. What are the balls made of?
The K9X Ball is made of our special natural rubber formula.
Are they really safe?
The K9X Balls are non-toxic and were tested for unsafe chemicals, in fact, they are even non-toxic to young children. The balls are made to last, however, like any pet toy, you should supervise your dog during play time, in the event you find any cracks in the ball, dispose of immediately.
